I wonder how can i figure out the password verification routine. Is it by doing reverse engineering on Notes API? Thanks for your gracious help.

Hi there!
I’m Domenico and I live in Italy.
I need your precious HELP! I’ve a replica of an encrypted data base taken from Lotus Notes. In this database there is all my working life!!!
When I try to open it there is a message: “ The database has local access protection (encrypted) and you are not authorized to access it”.
Do you have a software or suggestions in order to help me?
Of course I don’t have (better I forgot) user id and password.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Sorry, password to Lotus Notes ID file(s) cannot be just reset because of using strong crypto. The only way is to recover it with a brute-force attack (in Distributed Password Recovery). But if you're speaking about Lotus SmartSuite (WordPro, Approach, 1-2-3), have a look at Advanced Lotus Password Recovery.
