Btw, if you’re looking for good disk/file recovery software, I can recommend you Handy Recovery (this is not an advertisement!). Simple, fast, cheap, and very effective. I’ve used it (personally) several times — it really works even when most of the other similar tools fail.

If i’ve pointsec installed, will this recovery work ?
I use Spinrite 6.0 from Steve Gibson. It can even repair damaged sectors and disk’s physical surface!
Can Handy Recovery do that?

Dav — sorry, not sure whether Handy Recovery is compatible with pointec (you mean their hard disk encryption, right?) or not. But you can get free trial version, though.
